VIZIO Explains SmartCast

Connected TV keeps growing, and one of the biggest players there is VIZIO. Its SmartCast operating system is the window through which consumers access streaming content of all sorts. In the video below, Katherine Pond, VP, Business Development at VIZIO, explains more about SmartCast.

"SmartCast is VIZIO’s operating system for our connected TVs and it is our own built in-house solution that utilizes both Chromecast and Apple AirPlay. It also integrates HomeKit. We support all of the voice assistance, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple Siri. And that's what it does from a just a very high level of hardware perspective and the capabilities that are there.
