Red Hot

It has been hard to miss promos for Disney+’s Turning Red on TV this month. Data from iSpot shows the Pixar film’s ad is the third-most seen spot on all of TV in March – more than double the No. 2 streaming service ad in the timeframe. Disney+ has also accounted for nearly 18% of impressions from streaming services this month.

#Shorts’ Game Face

#Shorts have blown up since YouTube first introduced the format a year ago, but uploads still aren’t keeping pace with views across a variety of categories. One of those is gaming, where according to a report from Tubular Labs, #shorts accounted for 24% of gaming views, but just 10% of uploads.

High Scores

March Madness started before the bracket was even set this year, as Inscape data shows that 5.8% of minutes watched on TV this past weekend were dedicated to men’s college basketball – nearly 2x the No. 2 program, the 2022 Players Championship.
