It’s the first time launching astronauts from American soil since the 2011 Space Shuttle flight. CONGRATS *ERs totaled 12,389 – predominantly amassed by @Astro_Doug and @AstroBehnken at 58%, as they blasted off from Kennedy Space Center’s historic launch pad 39A. Space Force

Co-created by Steve Carell and Greg Daniels, it reunites both the star and developer of “The Office.” Decorated four-star general Mark Naird (Carell) is appointed head of the newly formed sixth branch of the U.S. Armed Forces: Space Force. With a timely premise and a stacked supporting cast including John Malkovich, Ben Schwartz, Lisa Kudrow, and the late Fred Willard, it’s the talent and the characters they play that are driving *ERs of LOVE, FUNNY, and EXCITED. Together, Carell and Malkovich form a brilliant, comedic contrast forging a charismatic pair creating a “masterpiece” with a “fantastic” cast.

Vagrant Queen

Blowing up with ENJOY, CRAZY and EXCITED *emotional reactions, the two-part finish to the inaugural season begins with Episode 109, “All Old Things Must Pass.” Our heroes (Elida, Issac, and Amae), having just reconciled, are in agreement on a plan to take down Lazaro on Arriopa. The plan is to go undercover at Lazaro’s ball. Simple, right? Well, as you might expect, it’s not going to be that easy. What is simple is understanding how the characters garnered 49% of the LOVE reactions with comments like “Fab. U. Lous, Perfect kiss!, and Best idea I’ve ever seen.”

Powerful Documentaries on Racial Justice

◊ Netflix’s 13th has viewers in LOVE touting it as “Worth the Watch and Fire movies.” Ava DuVernay’s documentary, titled after the 13th Amendment, explains the history of inequality in the justice system. The US prison system is disproportionately filled with people of color, particularly Black people. Netflix has made the documentary available for free on YouTube.

◊ Quibi’s Blackballed has garnered 83% SAD reactions with “tragic, heartbreaking, and sad” topping the list of comments. Exclusively on Quibi, it is a powerful documentary series about a basketball team in crisis. Told through the eyes of the Los Angeles Clippers’ players and coach, it explains how over five days during the 2014 NBA playoffs they asserted their power, leading to the most unprecedented punishment in sports history.

◊ Netflix’s When They See Us has viewers lining up to watch the series acclaimed as “powerful, amazing, and all time favorite.” Directed by Ava DuVernay, the four-part drama series tells the story of the five teens from Harlem wrongfully convicted of the rape and assault of a woman in Central Park in 1989. Commemorating the one year anniversary of its release, viewers’ top reactions were EXCITED and LOVE.
