In the car world, WardsAuto is out with its weekly report of the Most Engaging Auto Ads, with data through Sunday. Among the winners: Hyundai, which broke new ground with an ad produced in real time during the Super Bowl, and Audi, with a heartfelt spot about gender equality and equal pay. In Variety’s latest Movie Commercial Tracker, which also features data through Sunday, Universal Pictures tops the list with $10.46 million in estimated spend on two airings of “The Fate of the Furious” trailer.
